• Brand name
• Design
• Images
• Text
• Software
• Mobile Application

belongs exclusively to SecondBandhan.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of SecondBandhan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
