Cancellation and Refund Policy

Information other than address will be published on the website www.secondbandhan.com. Public display will be permitted on Secondbandhan's mobile application as well as on its website.

Guaranteed contact view as per registration tariff is subject to availability. Like, shortlist, and profile view are allowed as per the tariff.

Premium Registration packages allow an executive for 4 months, services are available between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on working days. A team leader will be available on staff leave days only for Premium Registration customers.

For other registration packages, service arrangements will be subject to availability of service support staff.

Online premium package will have online service only. The validity period will be 4 months.

The validity of other registration packages will be till the marriage is confirmed, except for online premium which has a 4-month validity period.

The registration fee for the above-mentioned services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The service charge paid at the time of confirmation of marriage will be refunded in case the marriage does not take place for any reason.

No, packages are non-transferable. Each package is tied to the specific user account and cannot be transferred to another person.

Refunds are only provided in specific circumstances:

• Service charge for marriage confirmation if marriage doesn't take place
• Technical issues preventing service usage
• Duplicate payment processing
• Service not activated within 24 hours

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

For refund requests, you may need to provide:

• Original payment receipt
• Valid reason for refund
• Supporting documentation (for medical emergencies)
• Account details for refund processing

• Technical issues preventing service usage
• Duplicate payment processing
• Service not activated within 24 hours
• Medical emergencies (with documentation)

• Change of mind after service usage
• Violation of terms of service
• Successful match found through service
• Profile deactivation due to policy violation

Partial refunds are not provided. Our policy is to either provide a full refund in eligible cases or no refund at all. This ensures clarity and fairness in our refund process.

Once a package is activated and services have been used, cancellation and refund are not possible. We recommend carefully considering your needs before purchasing a package.
